Ben is a software engineer, technology executive, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 15 years of experience building companies, production software, and technology-driven products. His technical background spans Ruby on Rails, backend systems, relational databases, Linux infrastructure, deployment, APIs, applied AI, and software architecture, alongside product development, technical leadership, and business operations.

Before co-founding Digimasq AI, Ben led JITT Holdings and Skyborn Studios, where his work combined software development, infrastructure, digital products, creative technology, business operations, and investment in residential and commercial real estate, including multifamily properties. He has also worked directly with AI-model evaluation, programming workflows, and applied machine-learning systems, giving him practical experience across engineering, product, AI, and commercialization.

Ben is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and previously served as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, experience that contributed to his approach to systems thinking, strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making in complex environments.

At Digimasq AI, Ben leads corporate strategy, product direction, partnerships, funding, intellectual-property development, and commercialization. His focus is on turning emerging AI capabilities into durable platforms and practical applications across enterprise, government, training, simulation, research, and other complex operating environments.

Jason is a software engineer, architect, and technology leader with more than 30 years of experience building software systems, technical platforms, and durable engineering organizations. His work spans software architecture, distributed systems, infrastructure, platform engineering, reliability, and technical strategy.

Before Digimasq, Jason founded and led CrypTech Studios, spending more than two decades building software and advising organizations on architecture, modernization, infrastructure, and technology strategy.

His work also includes Lighthouse Operating System, an approach to modeling the structures, processes, information, and responsibilities through which organizations operate. In principal engineering and technology leadership roles, he has led platform modernization while establishing the engineering practices and operational foundations required to sustain complex systems over time.

At Digimasq, Jason leads technical strategy and architecture, platform development, and AI systems engineering, translating the company's research into working systems and the foundations required to evolve them over the long term.
